Reframe: Drink Less & Thrive

Well structured layers of info make this app easy and fun to use. The focus on awareness instead of achievement is refreshing and inviting. Impressive backbone of science and knowledge behind it too.. I started using it as an experiment, but I’m gonna keep going for now and feel actually motivated, more than I thought.

The app is great, but it assumes, when you don't enter any data, that you don't drink. For a user group of alcoholics that a plain bug. The app keeps adding days or months to your alcohol-free streak, when you don't add your data. For the developer: no data should have a Nil/NULL value, 'no drinks' should have Zero/0.

This app has allowed to me find both freedom from the belief that social life it better with alcohol, and an amazing new energy waking up daily feeling refreshed and energized like never before at 53! I started with a 30 day challenge and 3 months in - no turning back - game changing!!! Thanks for all the brilliant tips, advice and science behind my rewiring!!!

Really brilliant support and information. It is a bit USA focused but I know the team are trying to open it up more to us Europeans. 36 days now AF and loving what it is doing for my life.

Reframe really helped me taking my first steps into sobriety and keeps me on track. It’s helpful by giving lots of practical info and reflection. I’m not sure what my path will be but I’m actually writing this on my 100th sober day. 🤟

It has everything. A forum, coaching, daily tasks, reminders, coping strategies. It’s very well thought of and user friendly. I would recommend this to everyone willing to quit or cut back on alcohol. It’s a perfect accountability partner. And well worth the money!

I am very glad with this app, it helps me to stay on track with what i want to achieve in life! It is not only helpfull for stopping with alcohol but it is very helpfull in general. It helps me to find the root of obstacles, problems or actions that do not help me at all

This app and it’s professional content is the best app I have ever experienced. As a single mom I didn’t know how to proceed with dealing with my alcohol addiction and how to get off it. Reframe has become my daily therapy which I can do in my own time. When I feel cravings I go to my toolkit and immediately feel at ease. The app has a holistic approach to alcoholism. Which means that we reflect on our life as a whole and therefor the result is that you not only make different choices with alcohol but also in other parts of your life. I have learned a lot about neurological effects that alcohol has. It’s in simple language and I think everyone will be able to understand and benefit from this knowledge. Please don’t let the costs hold you back. I have saved twice as much in a month that I would otherwise spend on wine😅 How do I not make this sound like a promo, I have no idea… but I am sincerely thankful for all the work that the people behind Reframe did to make this app. For me personally It’s much better than going to rehab. We have communities on Reframe and I joined several groups where we support each other. It’s a safe place to get our lives back.
