Reframe: Drink Less & Thrive

I am very grateful to the authors if the app, as due it I quit drinking and I am free of alcohol for more than 2,5 years. Thank you ❤️

Recently the app crashes all the time it’s impossible even to go through daily tasks. Please fix.

Reframe is very helpful if you want to quit drinking, as it provides knowledge and science based tools to support the journey. Also very important is the community: forum, meetings, challenges.

I couldn’t dream I quit everyday drinking like that. Within few days I understood everything!

With knowledge and methods which can also work for other types of addictions/compulsive behaviors. What’s missing for 5 stars for me is an offline mode - currently being out of cellular service can make somebody “forget” about logging drinks and doing exercises…

Using Reframe for six weeks, I have cut back my weekly alcohol consumption by about two-thirds. I am sleeping better. I look younger and more fit and I have dropped 10 lbs. Most important, I no longer look at drinking as a main activity I want to do. An occasional beer or cocktail now seems like an enhancement to a social activity, not the main point. Reframe is the right tool for me to change my relationship to alcohol. I’m not a go-to-meetings sort. Instead the daily check-in with Reframe has made me a mindful drinker (and mindful about other things in my life as well). The resulting cut-back has been almost effortless. Instead of pounding back three or even four bourbons in an evening, I am getting much more satisfaction playing the piano and getting better at it, something I always wanted but never got motivated to do. I like how well-thought-out the app is. It keeps me coming back each day. It’s not my intention to become a non-drinker, but Reframe has made me into a smarter alcohol user and not abuser.

I was skeptical that an app could help me cutback on my alcohol consumption but within 2 months of using it my life has changed in so many positive ways. The tools and support this app provides helps me to understand why I’ve had a hard time limiting my alcohol consumption. I’ve learned the neuroscience and biological effects of consuming alcohol in an easy and non- threatening manner. I’m learning how to handle my relationships and set boundaries with my friends and family that drink to excess. If you are examining your relationship with alcohol, I highly recommend you give the free month a try. I knew within a month that this was the tool to help me change my life in the most positive way!
