I can’t buy tickets with this app.

People say that the audio doesn’t work but it works just fine

One of the most famous sites to visit and the audio guide doesn’t work at all…for anybody here, not just us!

Unfortunately this is the only way to get a ticket and it didn’t work after almost 50 attempts. Did not for me did not work for anyone in our group.

Audioguide was super detailed and clear, apple wallet integration was really great. Bought tickets online and redeemed them on the app.

You use this app to download tickets, get your QR code for entry and get the audioguide. Just managed to get my QR code by several random attempts as there were no real instruction on how to do it. Audio guide is also very cumbersome and non-intuitive. Audioguide seems to disappear if you leave the app and you have to start over.

Couldn’t buy tickets here.

Horrible app, doesn’t work for purchasing tickets, continuously get ‘error, try again’ messages despite having tried 10+ times, with different dates and times. You’d think that at $30+ euros per person they could hire an app developer that knows what s/he is doing…..beyond ridiculous.

Garbage app with a garbage website to match. Keeps giving an error during the final process of payment. Get it together please.

Tried with several users. Just says “error” and erases your details. Try again. Erased the app after several trials over several days.
