3 times was able to place tkts in my cart and each time app failed to allow me to move to purchase.

Let me run you though this as someone who just came to the Sagrada Familia. You arrive, try to find a ticket booth. Find a sign that says “scan QR code to get tickets”. Okay whatever, it takes you to a website that tells you to download the app to get tickets… okay this is inconvenient but whatever. Go to the app and it takes you out of the app to safari to buy the tickets!!! Only to not have the ability to buy the tickets!!! For such a beautiful Cathedral this app is it’s ugly spot.

Despite having all info- date, locator # , etc, I can’t get to tickets or audio guide I purchased.

I downloaded the app in the US, husband downloaded his app at our hotel on wifi. Worked well within the church, and the interactive camera feature in some spots of the church was neat too. It was one of the best functioning apps we used for all our tours in Spain.

App gives an error message after I give my information to purchase. Can’t purchase tickets anywhere else, though.

I had the same issue as the previous reviewer. Customer service was of no help. Can’t buy tickets. Kept giving me errors before going to the pay screen. Credit card not compatible even though it has two level authentication.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews- my experience was great. So much so I wanted to take time and come back to review. Tickets worked. And the audio guide was fantastic. Super helpful. Everything worked better than expected!!

We ordered the tickets on a laptop and received the tickets by email. Aafter downloading the app, I had trouble uploading the tickets to the Waller and emailed them. They responded that there is a known incompatibility with Apple wallet and to just show them the PDF version of the tickets that was attached to the email confirmation. One could download them from the app. I also found out that the audio tour is only available for download when you were at the church. That’s why they ask for location access.

Horribly confusing for the English speaker:( needs so much work

Classic case of thinking we will design an app and cut cost of 5 people selling tickets, without considering cost of proper maintenance and ability to scale up and meet a demand. One of the worst apps in modern history failing at each and every step. You can claim to the top of Sagrada 3 times before you can buy a ticket on this app. Please fire everyone involved in design and maintenance.
