App required to buy tickets but it’s a huge app 120mb. Takes 5 minutes to download over 3G. Then it takes you to a WEBPAGE to buy the tickets. So app isn’t required then. Big waste of time. Then ticket doesn’t import properly in app after you buy it. Such a poorly planned app. AND if you want audio tour, it downloads within the app. Which takes a very long time. Why is the app 120 mb if: tickets need to be bought from web page and audio tour needs to be downloaded separately? What a waste.

We booked tickets on the site and only used the app for the audio guide. It worked well.

I got my tickets from a reseller and went to add them into the app but the app won’t accept just says “unable to download tickets”. This means I have no audio for the visit! Completely useless app!

Tried to retrieve my ticket so I could download the audio and I just kept getting an error code. SAD ☹️

Audioguide cannot be downloaded

We had problems trying to book tickets and not being able to get to payment page from the booking form. After searching online I found a solution that worked, nothing to do with email addresses but the network used. It doesn’t like public/hotel wifi but worked using my phone’s mobile date network. I hope that helps.

Also had the unexplained error message when trying to purchase tickets. Had tried a range of alternative devices and purchase combinations. As for others, when I used my Hotmail email address it ran smoothly. Virginmedia email address was not being recognised. Never got tickets via email. Now got tickets via app. Won’t download to apple wallet. Very confusing process to ‘share’ one of the tickets with my partner so we can both download audiotape. Asks for reservation number but means ticket number?

Keep receiving an error message when trying to buy tickets. Both app and website have the same problem. Used multiple email addresses as suggested by other users with the same problem but to no avail. Useless.

I had the same problem as others. The app kept refusing my purchase and it was only when I switched to an obsolete gmail account (which I don’t like using on privacy grounds) that it allowed me to purchase.
