Would not recommend this to an enemy. The worst service ever. No support, drivers are always late. Hope they go bankrupt soon

Always late, no tracking the courrier and no direct contact to the courrier. Just awful in all aspects

Each time the delivery is delayed, they never bring food on time. But today they completely destroyed their reputation. I waited for 2 hours after my order (wait time was indicated as 45 minutes) just to receive a notification from Smood that my order was cancelled! I called the restaurant which informed me that they prepared the meal more than an hour ago but Smood driver simply didn’t show up. And they couldn’t reach Smood customer service, maybe because it’s Friday 11pm and they are too laze to work at this time. And for this awful service Smood charges additional money! Never again.

The order was delivered in almost 100 minutes after ordering (expected time was 40-45 minutes). When I was calling to the call-center, nobody answered me, though it was working hours. The call is not free, so I was charged money. I was charged twice for the order. And still haven’t received any confirmation from the contact center that I’ll be refunded for this mistake.

My order never came and the support number doesn’t work, so the issue cannot be resolved! The online support takes days to get back in contact with you. The app doesn’t give you a contact of the delivery guy, the online tracking doesn’t work, so there is no way to find out what happened with your order! Literally just waisted my money and time. Don’t waste your patience and use other apps like Uber Eats or something....

App randomly crashes and payment is not possible because checkout is broken.

The food never arrived. I waited for 1.5 h and then just gave up. Called the restaurant and the food had been ready for more than an hour, but smood never picked it up. Still waiting for a response regarding the refund!!! Really annoying.
