Really bad experience of using this APP. Car always no show without any notice, and support always make you wait more than 15mins to get response. Highly not recommend this APP

aps sangat teruk. penyewa kereta boleh sesuka hati cancel booking kita sedangkan booking sudah berbayar dan untuk mendapatkan refund dalam cash mengambil masa yang agak lama

Cant even sign up what a headache alot of error ask to try another hour and another hour still same problem, fix ur apps!

For all of you, if you want to rent a car I prefer you to go others platform. For your information, I have been using this app until being charge for smoking penalty from other fault for 3 times. Their team only give excuses, without evidences. They blame me because Im the last customers to using that car. But since I using this car, got no problem. If you guys want to rent, this rubbish app is not recomended. Should go to shop that makes rent car is more satisfied. This stupid apps, only give excuses and deny with no evidences

Use grab car or other ehailing or other car rental than this. Nak lulus susah gila. Tutup kedai lah. Dah hantar gambar license real one and from jpj app pun susah. Bodoh. Not using this!

Contacted customer service, No reply leaving me with the car and the rental time running. Toped up 3 times just to wait for them to reply. Not using it ever again.

The app didn’t work properly in iOS 18.2. Kindly look into it. Hard to connect Bluetooth from the App.
