FRAUD!
I got confirmation B_10056802 from super travel. But some later confirmation was declined by hotel. And manager of super travel wrote me about it. I wrote to Super travel many times to return me a money $833,99, but nobody answer!

Refund the money
Confirmation B_9312265. I booked the room but when I came to the hotel There was no rooms available. Chat support requested confirmation from me that I didn’t stay at the booked hotel. I’ve got this paper from the hotel. Send all details by email. 2 weeks ago. There are no any solution yet. It’s 105.75$. When you refund the money supertravel?

snaptravel has charged me 2 times for unsuccessful booking! support doesn't answer. please return my money
Problems with hotel? It's you personal problem.
The support doesn't reply me at chat 4 days already. You should be aware of this in case you have any problems with the hotel.

Раннее я писал отзыв на бездействие поддержки с ставил сервису оценку 2*. Так вот после этого отзыва со мной связался сразу другой человек из техподдержки (может более ответственный) и сообщил, что тщательно со всем ознакомиться и постарается решить и разобраться в ситуации. Далее через пару дней попросили прислать подтверждение моей доплаты. И вот вчера прислали с письмом с извинением за ситуацию и сообщили, что вернут мне все, что я доплатил на месте. Сегодня деньги поступили. Вот за такую работу сервис может гордиться! Честная клиентоориентированность! Буду рекомендовать друзьям. В итоге это уже второй раз, когда получилось через Snaptravel забронировать крутые отели, такие как Rixos и Hyatt по цене дешевле 1,5, чем предлагали другие источники! Snaptravel спасибо!

super.com is a fraud, we made a reservation at a hotel in the Dominican Republic and when we arrived at the hotel at the reception they told us that the reservation does not exist and that they do not know the super platform, we arrived at night and we had to rent a room luxury because there were no rooms available in the hotel, super.com sells rooms that are not available, we contacted super.com support to request a refund after going through such a traumatic situation and they told us that they would refund our money due to the unforeseen event that we sent invoices among many other things to verify the veracity of what we told them when all they had to do was call the hotel and mediate the situation, we sent everything but they never made the refund and stopped responding, I searched Google and I saw that the same thing has happened to many people, I do not recommend Super.com for what they have done, they have no say and they do not take responsibility. They charge their clients the money and do not provide the service, it is a fraud

It is definitely a scam everyone is telling the truth and I see the company responses are just as fake it's always the customers or the other company's fault they don't take accountability for anything and good apps promote this junk
