Worst airline app which I ever used. A lot of bags, no logic, even after login in need to provide booking reference to find reservation and check in… Chat with support is another story, but also 1 out of 5. WORST experience ever.

F..ing app just doesn’t work!! Spent 15 min, putting there all my data (!!!) including passport and address, and then app just wrote smth in Vietnamese and closed. Thieves and scammers!!!

The app needs updating. I can’t even log in using my phone number. It keeps telling me my phone number needs to start with “0”. I’m from the USA it starts with “1”. Also it keeps messing up the first and last name when trying to get trip information using the reservation code. The developer needs to make getting trip information easier for the customers.

It won’t let me create an account. I fill out my personal info, agree to the Terms of Service, then click Register, then I get a message saying “A system error occurs, please contact your system administrator for assistance.” Tried it both over cellular and WiFi with the same message. 😡

Tried adding my mobile number. It says mobile number has to start with a 0 and errors out.

Can’t really do much other than look up your flight. Maybe this is designed and made for Vietnamese market. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Notifications - especially for an airline app - should be for meaningful, important information like gate or time changes. Instead, this one bombards you with idiotic miles / coupons / promo notifications, and there is no opt-out. I had to install this app because their website does not allow you to get your boarding pass into apple wallet. This is just garbage with no value add whatsoever and should be removed from the app store honestly.

Easy to book tickets in the mobile app and able to manage family account without any issues. Keep up the good work team 👏
