Worst airline app which I ever used. A lot of bags, no logic, even after login in need to provide booking reference to find reservation and check in… Chat with support is another story, but also 1 out of 5. WORST experience ever.

F..ing app just doesn’t work!! Spent 15 min, putting there all my data (!!!) including passport and address, and then app just wrote smth in Vietnamese and closed. Thieves and scammers!!!

Compagnie sympa, personnel au top, par contre le site Internet et l’application sont pourris, j’évite de réserver sur leur site / application car cela demande des plombes

Worst app ever, seat map first displayed wrong, then selecting the seats were a joke. They send a confirmation email saying that the seats will be assigned after checking in at the counter :)). Really, then what they are doing with our online check-in??? And you don't find your boarding passes anywhere
