Worst app ever, seat map first displayed wrong, then selecting the seats were a joke. They send a confirmation email saying that the seats will be assigned after checking in at the counter :)). Really, then what they are doing with our online check-in??? And you don't find your boarding passes anywhere

Một hãng hàng không lớn mà lại làm ra một cái app trải nghiệm tệ hại khủng khiếp. Từ việc đăng nhập, flow forgetpass, book vé trải nghiệm, đổi thông tin đều rất tệ hại.

The worst airline app in the world. You can’t purchase ticket for someone else. When you logged into their website, you can’t log out. I was in the last step of paying for the ticket, and the website crashed 5 times.
