I’ve booked a ticket from Paris to TPE, it looks normal in the beginning then after I paid the fee, they didn’t send any confirmation email ! How I supposed to know if I booked successfully !? The only thing for sure is in my bank APP I’ve been charged for flight tickets price ( around €300) !!!! In the APP, there’s a VNA chat , I’ve tried, no real person, only robot. I don’t know what to do now…

The check in process is fine on IOS, until you try to save to wallet, and this is not possible. The icon doesn’t come up and the button that says save to wallet doesn’t work!

Một hãng hàng không lớn mà lại làm ra một cái app trải nghiệm tệ hại khủng khiếp. Từ việc đăng nhập, flow forgetpass, book vé trải nghiệm, đổi thông tin đều rất tệ hại.

Tới bước thanh toán quay vòng vòng ko thể thanh toán, lại phải vô máy tính mới làm đc! Thật bất tiện

The worst airline app in the world. You can’t purchase ticket for someone else. When you logged into their website, you can’t log out. I was in the last step of paying for the ticket, and the website crashed 5 times.
