They will just cancel your booking without notice or email. I booked a roundtrip ticket thru this app and it was fully paid but i wasnt able to use my one way ticket (mnl-hochiminh-hanoi) for academic reasons. I was expecting to use my return ticket, and was perplexed when i approach their office at noi bai airport. She told me that it was canceled and that i have to buy another ticket. At first, she told me it was full, i was furious because i have to come home to my family. And then she immediately told me there’s an available ticket same with my canceled tickets. I bought a return ticket for 5,897,000 VND. It was like buying a round trip ticket again. She advised me to email the airline because she cant help me and it was the system who canceled my ticket (without any notice, and even if i paid for it). We’re busy transfering terminals and catching flight, and the system kept changing my PREPAID SEATS (changing to back seat of the plane, wherein i paid a preferred seat for our group). And now, after talking someone via email, there were inconsistencies. After buyung another ticket, advised me to email the airline,then informed me that i can use my return ticket, and now, im requesting for a refund, they emailed an amount for a refund, and then someone emailed again tha t they cant refund my ticket. So frustrating. I will not recommed vietnam airlines.
