This application not authorized don’t deal with them
My flight has been cancelled due to the pandemic. Their email support is not helpful as it only tells me to wait. My refund has been in finalising refund status for the last four months. No action is taken whenever I email them for the refund. DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THIS COMPANY. ASIDE FROM THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY HAVE HIDDEN CHARGES WHEN YOU BOOK A FLIGHT.

This company is slow in responding assisting your concern. Been canceling my flight for two weeks due to pandemic corona virus but have not received any email regarding my concern. Keep calling on them but they just promised you and no action regarding your concern. Do not patronised this company or you will get hard time in their response when things get rough.
THEY HAVE HIDDEN CHARGES! CAUSING YOU TO PAY MORE. YOU WILL KNOW THE CHARGE AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING AND NOT DURING THE PAYMENT SESSION!!!!!

Sto aspettando da un anno e mezzo un rimborso. Dopo essermi sentito dire dall’assistenza PRIMA che avrei dovuto fornire il mio estratto conto per verificare il mancato rimborso, e DOPO avergli mostrato lo screen dell’app che attestava il fatto che il rimborso non fosse stato ancora preso in carico, mi sono sentito dire che avrei ricevuto i soldi in una/due settimane. Sono passati penso due mesi e non ho ricevuto nulla. Truffa?
Cerco di comprare un biglietto per mia madre con la carta d’identità del suo paese di origine dove la scadenza è nell’ 2078 ma l’applicazione non la prende in considerazione, vi dovette aggiornare!!!!
Utilizzo sempre Volagratis per la scelta delle mie vacanze e mi sono sempre trovata bene
