Iost 265€ when book a flight as extra charge I didn’t know for what!

They sell you for Flexible flight that you can change the date. Nope they said airline don’t let them and tell you to cancel the flight and just get your tax money back. No refund for nothing. Or even the extra charger that they charge you.

I booked a flight through them and they deny to do any service for me. Now I called the airline checking if I could work sth out with them and they cane back to me telling me that my name was not in their flight list at all. Good luck trying to reach them by phone or email. PleaseDO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE A BIG SCAM!!!

As a traveler anytime you book with a third party company always confirm your flight with the actual Airline, call! Mistakes happen, so do your part and double check always. As soon as you're able to check in, do so also! They have a bad rep not sure why…I had zero problems!

I booked a flight from Seattle to New York for my mother and I. I searched through Google flights, and for the lowest price it referenced me to this app. After booking my reservation I was emails a day later, stating my booking was not confirmed, and I would receive a refund in 15 days. The customer service is terrible. There is no phone number only a robot assistant, the fact that you pay money for the chance to get a confirmation on your flight is a strange and unreliable way to book while traveling. Do not book with this company.

Anything that could go wrong did, and they expressed no care to help fix their errors in my bookings, cancellations from their end and supposed “credits” that are still pending.

Bravofly, would not refund me, after they failed to contact me about a change in my flight. I am not the first, they trap you in this loophole and keep the money you put up for travel expenses. Do not use this third party travel agency, you will lose every dime. This loophole is when they fail to tell you about any changes, and they change your flight dates and times constantly as well as not updating the app so your stuck in the dark, this is a clearly scam. Stay away!!!
