It’s an easy app to use in the go

A good idea but appalling user interface for owners . Very frustrating and ridiculously time consuming to do anything . Your help page bears no resemblance to the actual app , and I’ve found it next to impossible to alter the overnight rates . Our property fails to register on many searches - it meets all criteria , but fails show up . Even sending an email to a prospective client becomes a chore ,and the site seems be inundated with juvenile “ congratulation posts “ We are mainly adults , of mature years , and deserve better than this .

This app makes managing your property inquiries relatively hassle-free. An excellent initiative.

I guess if I was a computer or technology person, the app wouldn’t be so bad. But I am a person in my late 60s who cannot figure out how to use all their “improvements“ to the app. You also can’t find directions because in the Help section, none of the answers you need are there. If you try to call, it takes forever to get through, and the person at the end of the line has no patience for old people.

The app doesn’t load. It allowed our vacation rental to double book after 6+ years with no issues. Not user friendly. Hard for owners and guests to communicate.

I propose you let Vrbo owners see the reviews of the guests who request a stay. The app currently dies not allow it. It is important in order to decide, as a property owner, if as guest is desirable or not.
