Vrbo Owner

This app constantly stops working and freezes so you can’t access messages and respond to bookings. Very disappointing.

They have overly complicated their systems and have broken what used to work well to give themselves more profit. My advice is use airb&b or tripadvisor and stay away from this company

Terrible archaic Vrbo platform in every way possible. Non-intuitive and inefficient. Lazy work from your powers that be. Desperate need for update.

As with most things these days if it goes well then it is fine. If it goes wrong it goes very wrong and you are into a world of virtual chats that have no idea what your question relates to or (if you are lucky) a person based chat that may (or may not) answer the question you ask I always have the feeling VRBO are seeking ways to maximise revenues from you - and they keep all of the owners money until after the booking has started, which could be a year or more from when the booking was made They try to help in other ways but ultimately it is only a web portal. Once holidaymakers have found you, VRBO has finished its most important task. I think we (and holidaymakers) pay a lot for the benefit of that single task

It would be much more helpful if you could add people that have booked to the calendar, like on Airbnb.

Very few bookings compared to other platforms

…to catch up with Airbnb. Still no co hosting and generally not as intuitive.

Security to get in is impossible and latest update full of bugs.

…..it doesn’t include the processing fee, which Vrbo know what it is, so why not include it?

This is a bad app when entering password the screen flickers violently and when you enter password to access account two pages appear for the traveller app and when you hit the x to close them down you are back to the sign in page and unable to access anything as the home page does not open
