I downloaded this app thinking I could get free programme, but it’s not. $60 per month and it seems no way out. Be careful folks.

Your advertising & selection of exercises isn’t accurate. I responded to your advertisement because the CHAIR exercises is what I needed. I was assigned floor exercises. Not happy after paying for 1 month x 2 categories. I’ve deleted the APP.

I got a 1 month deal and, without warning, they charged me 3 times the amount to resubscribe without any notification. Very poor business practice. Avoid them.

Fine print and dodgy business practice debited $100 AUD without proper explanation. When I queried I was offered a year’s subscription for the amount they’d debited! Be aware that your month or three month trial for $30 is going to quickly result in over triple that being taken from your bank account/charged to your credit card. _________________________________ AVOID! They will debit your bank account after subscription is removed from apple or you have cancelled the intro term. And it’s double the original price. I didn’t even use the app and it was not worth the intro fee. I have contacted support and they are not willing to help. It’s a cash grab. They store your payment information outside of the general subscription in apple. So you cancel the subscription in apple and it takes the money anyway . You have to go into the app you won’t use and delete your payment details in the app payment screen. Support will continue to email you random not relevant information so you just give up on trying to get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and surprise account debit outside of your apple account and don’t download in the first place. And they continue to refer to customer service with no intention of refunds. Don’t waste your money.

I canceled my subscription right after my first one. Did not even used the app. Just then, today the 3rd of July, I was charged again. Refund my money back!!! Reached out to the support team and my request was made possible. Thanks, specifically to Chris, who attended to my case

This is absolutely scandalous they are taking money out of my bank account even when I cancelled it. I’m on to my bank and trying to get my money back. Do not use this app it’s a scam

This app is very misleading to lure people to sign up for a trial and do not mention that it will automatically renew every 3 months. I want my money back !!
