I asked for a trial period of one week. They then charged me for another month. I sent a cancellation request and they did not respond. So be aware of this scam
I’ve been trying to cancel the subscription like 1 week with no replay , you have to go to a browser sign in but the cancellation don’t work , very disappointing
Offering a 30 day refund policy they don’t refund after 5 minute cancellation program has nothing to do with the data you fill In
Even if the app is worth (sorry, but didn’t use it once) something, they charged my for the first payment 19.99$ And then they start to change my for 29.84$ monthly!!! You can’t see the charges in the App Store subscriptions if you pay with pay pal!!! Forget about me as a customer.
I subscribed to this app because the signup process led me to believe I could choose specific body parts and areas to work on (the app specifically asks you for this during signup). Once they have your money what you get is a generic yoga app with absolutely no option to choose exercises for specific areas of the body. As a yoga beginner, this app is absolutely not user friendly and some of the beginner workouts include exercises that no yoga beginner on earth would be able to do. If I had the option to try the app before paying they would have never seen a single cent from me. Would love to get my money back because this is totally unusable for me

I enjoy the app very much. I feel it fits my condition and gradually allow me to progress. I found two points for improvement: 1. From time to time the video won’t load. It happens mainly if I take more than one exercise. When this happens I have no choice, but to close the app, and start the all exercises all over again. 2. It would be nice to get a notification before the exercise starts if any props will be later needed during the exercise (like a chair). So I can prepare before and not stop the exercise to look for stuff.
