You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
• When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings after purchase.
• When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items (e.g. health guides) for an additional fee, either as a one-off or recurring payment. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

No free trial ask big money
After downloading app will ask you 20 questions. Which is not needed. Then it will ask you to pay monthly or yearly subscription. There is no way to analyse if the app is good or bad without paying a heavy amount. Every time you try to login in it will first ask you 20 non relevant questions . After giving your 10 minutes app will ask you to pay. Waste of time.
purchased a months subscription yesterday and today it doesn’t recognise
Hi team, I made a purchase of a months subscription yesterday and today when I opened the app it doesn’t recognise my details. It’s a shame I had to use another app. Please restore my purchase or give me a refund. I tried to restore purchase it says no active subscription found. Thanks, Nazia

I canceled the subscription within 24 hours of purchase, amount was deducted from my card. As per the policy i should have been refunded the amount. But haven’t received any…… Can you please let me know the status.

APP Issues
Hi, I had subscribed Yoga go quite a few times in the form of monthly subscription and never had issues to access the app. Recently from the last two subscriptions, if I do not use the app for few days, it asks me to Get started or login. When I get started it asks me to subscribe again. I cannot resubscribe because I am already subscribed. When I try to login, it says my email id is not registered. My email id is associated with my Apple account and it should login as I have given my details during subscription. I need to get started with this again. Kindly help. Thanks, Sama
