There is a bug in the timer. In order to use the timer, it needs to be downloaded very time and watch a video, which is very annoying. But great app.

Amazing App, is very similar to TM Meditation with a mantra but that mantra is the same for all and you don’t have to pay for it! recommend trying the 12 day challenge if mantra based meditation is new to you or are returning back to a meditation practice. 👍😀

I’ve been meditating for a decade and have used many methods and apps. Most of the well known ones are indeed quite good but quite samey and the methods only scratch the surface. 1 Giant Mind’s beauty is its simplicity. It’s beautifully laid out. The 12 step structure is great. The effortless mantra based meditation is game changing - I’ve been having consistently the deepest meditations using this app I’ve ever had. Great work, this app deserves to be one of the top meditation apps

Perfect to get you started

I have been meditating daily for three years now, but felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere, so I wanted to try something else. I was looking into transcendental meditation and found this app. I really enjoy the mantra meditation now, but overall this is an amazing app to get started. His voice is lovely and there’s explanations at the end of each step. Can’t believe this one is free to be honest!

I have dabbled in meditation for a few months but I found guided meditations great to start but then the constant talking was not helping. This type of meditation is for me. I love the steps to start you off, the Videos after that explain so many things and the ability to have a Journal all in the one app. Best of all you are left to do your meditation in peace with gentle music and your mantra to come back to when thoughts wander. LOVE this app.
