How to cancel?

I can’t seem to find the option anywhere in settings or otherwise to cancel or modify my subscription plan. I started the free trial and want to cancel. Panicking because I’ve searched all over the app and can’t see any options. Cancelling because the app doesn’t really provide any help for learning all the Kanji it presents to you even when learning common / beginner vocab- so it doesn’t suit me.

The voice !!!

The actress or voice in which they use is horrible no offence but as someone who isn’t from Japan I need to listen to actual Japanese voices to understand the dialect and get used to the speed voice/actress sounds feminine in my opinion and I wish there was a choice or just a random selection as of voices of any age as u do the activities way to robotic for me there’s like a pause and I don’t understand that between each letter/phrase the style of learning decent and I like how u can skip a work if known otherwise Duolingo is better

The best one so far

FREE TRIAL IS FAKE

It offered me a free trial so I pressed the button which said ‘try free and subscribe’ and it tried to charge me £70+. Luckily I didn’t even have that much in my account at the time so my bank rejected the charge but I was given no free trial. They tried to take my money immediately. If o had the money in my bank, it would have been taken from me. Don’t trust this app. There’s no free trial.

Not bad to start building vocabulary

Great for beginner level Japanese, building vocabulary and recognising words and patterns. I am not sure whether there is this option and I haven’t found it yet, but it would be great if there was an option to practice a.k.a. train more words that I am already familiar with than just 8 a day.
