You’ve got to be kidding me! This app is just a timer, no exercise pictures, haha what junk!

Who on earth planks for almost an hour!?!?! Clearly the leader chart is full of fakes or wierdos who have nothing better to do and it doesn’t motivate me to challenge myself with others and actually a bit off putting.

Simple to use if you want to start on basic plank training and build up to be able to tackle the more advanced plank progressions

Easy to use, easy to navigate and direct to the point. I like how the voice is used when getting ready or rest and mostly I like the history graph to see the improvement! Highly recommend
