Stay connected and make remote work easier with 3CX. This app allows you to use your office extension from anywhere and not only for calls. Schedule conferences, chat with your colleagues and video call from your iOS device.
Getting Started:
1. Install the app.
2. Open it, read and accept the license agreement and authorize the permissions the app needs (camera, microphone).
3. Open your web client or desktop app and click on the QR code in the top right corner. Details on how to access your web client are in your 3CX email sent by your administrator.

3CX FAQ
Is 3CX free?
Yes, 3CX is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is 3CX legit?
⚠️ The 3CX app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
One minute it will ring with the office phone and the next minute it doesn’t - my phone hasn’t moved. It would be nice to have the option to know when coworkers go to “away” status.
Also doesn’t ring through to my Apple Watch..
Call Quality
The call quality is very poor, very frustrating. Constantly lagging so you and your clients are constantly cutting each other off. Please make improvements.
Don’t waste your time
3CX lured me in to host my own VOIP service and then decided to take away their free plan to $150/yr. That’s not a cost that is worth my time for the little bit of service I have. If you’re like me, save your time. Look for services that are free and open source like Asterisk.
More of a feature request than a review
A lot of us use this app for personal phones that are connected to our company’s 3CX your app hijacks our cell phone we’re not able to silence just your app turning off notifications for your app does nothing. The app continues to ring and ring and ring. Even though notifications are off and the ringer is silenced I’ve tried putting the app in group so that it does not ring after certain hours, nothing seems to accomplish this task. I have other coworkers on android devices and they do not have this problem fix your app please
No longer works
It no longer works on IPhone the app just stopped working. Shows ready but never turns green, and calls do not come through.
Notifications stopped
Notifications stopped please fix
Broken
Downloaded the app as I am away from desk often and needs hands free to do physical work. The app just works when it wants to.
The 5 days was perfect, no issues.
Now I have to either rescan the QR code to get it working again (barely) and outside of that. When the calls come through, I’ll answer, but nothi my happens. Very disappointing.
Takes over phone
What’s with this app taking over my phone entirely? There’s no way to silence calls outside of disabling the line within the app. If the ringtone in the app is on silent it still rings. If the phone is on do not disturb it still rings. The app completely overrides user device settings which is extremely sketchy. How has this now been addressed in the 2 years I’ve been forced to use the application?
Horrible App
I use this app for work and it’s terrible…it drops calls even when I have perfect service, it drops the current call I’m on if another call is coming through the app, it freezes randomly, it lags…I could go on… I can’t believe this app works as if it hasn’t been updated since 2008… it’s absolutely frustrating to deal with.
Lot of improvement 👍🏻
Lot of improvement with this update. Using 3CX with a good reseller gave me the best of it since 2018. I saw the improvement every years, love that !
