Bad reception and ringtone settings
When receiving calls, I cannot hear the caller, and if you can hear them then it is bad quality. Would like an option where you could link your own ringtones for windows and ios options.

Stay connected and make remote work easier with 3CX. This app allows you to use your office extension from anywhere and not only for calls. Schedule conferences, chat with your colleagues and video call from your iOS device.
Getting Started:
1. Install the app.
2. Open it, read and accept the license agreement and authorize the permissions the app needs (camera, microphone).
3. Open your web client or desktop app and click on the QR code in the top right corner. Details on how to access your web client are in your 3CX email sent by your administrator.
4. Open your camera on your iOS device and scan the QR code shown on your screen.
5. Your extension is configured and you’re now “Ready for calls”!
Important: This app is only for use with 3CX V18 and is not a standalone app.

This app is full of bugs. Gives intermittent service. There are better PBX / VOIP products out there...

I don’t see how this isn’t free when windows is. I’d just like a free soft phone
Bypasses DND
One of your most recent updates bypasses ALL Do not disturb settings. 3CX is the only app that does it and if it is not fixed I will have to uninstall this app. I have read your posts on “how Apple doesn’t allow you to read the DND status” but I don’t buy it! The phone app and the other VoIP apps I currently use all honour the DND setting. It’s ONLY 3CX that doesn’t, and it is only in the last few weeks that this has started. Please fix it!
Don’y Upgrade. This version is broken
Since I upgraded to this version I cannot transfer calls to extensions, which is really frustrating. This version shows my contact list. I cannot roll back the version either. 3CX really dropped the ball here.
New Version is awful
I had the version with the black background and it worked perfectly fine but ever since the recent update I cannot even transfer calls as it greys out the transfer option.. Please go back to the old version this new one is not working at all.. It is even difficult to transfer calls now, frustrating.
