App no long allows transfer, it no longer allows me to change my status, it no longer shows recent calls. It is almost useless at this point. Why would you mess it up so bad and not even test it?

Sometimes this doesn't ring (or give a push notification), even though it will show a missed call in-app after the fact. So that's a pretty important issue to fix in a phone app. Fully updated app and ios

Zero notifications of calls or messages, unable to change status. Really depended on this service and app, I'm looking for alternatives.

The app doesn’t send notifications for phone calls or voicemails, so I’m not sure what the point of it is. Yes, notifications are enabled, all options are turned on (badges, banners, Lock Screen, etc.), but nothing comes through. What’s the point of this app? How am I supposed to use this work calls?

I have 3cx live chat box installed on my website (which was very easy to do). This app lets me receive customer notifications so I can attend to questions from visitors to my website in real time.

Can you please implement a function where I can forward a call to someone’s voicemail rather than actually having it ring to someone I’m able to do it on the computer. But the app never allows me to do it.

One minute it will ring with the office phone and the next minute it doesn’t - my phone hasn’t moved. It would be nice to have the option to know when coworkers go to “away” status. Also doesn’t ring through to my Apple Watch..

The call quality is very poor, very frustrating. Constantly lagging so you and your clients are constantly cutting each other off. Please make improvements.

3CX lured me in to host my own VOIP service and then decided to take away their free plan to $150/yr. That’s not a cost that is worth my time for the little bit of service I have. If you’re like me, save your time. Look for services that are free and open source like Asterisk.

A lot of us use this app for personal phones that are connected to our company’s 3CX your app hijacks our cell phone we’re not able to silence just your app turning off notifications for your app does nothing. The app continues to ring and ring and ring. Even though notifications are off and the ringer is silenced I’ve tried putting the app in group so that it does not ring after certain hours, nothing seems to accomplish this task. I have other coworkers on android devices and they do not have this problem fix your app please
