Description

Stay connected and make remote work easier with 3CX. This app allows you to use your office extension from anywhere and not only for calls. Schedule conferences, chat with your colleagues and video call from your iOS device.

Getting Started:

1. Install the app.
2. Open it, read and accept the license agreement and authorize the permissions the app needs (camera, microphone).
3. Open your web client or desktop app and click on the QR code in the top right corner. Details on how to access your web client are in your 3CX email sent by your administrator.
4. Open your camera on your iOS device and scan the QR code shown on your screen.
5. Your extension is configured and you’re now “Ready for calls”!

Important: This app is only for use with 3CX V18 and is not a standalone app.

Cannot see who’s calling

Before it was ok, but since last few updates only my office’s number is showed. Annoying.

Don’t support Apple Watch🤯😓

Hey guys, Can you add Apple Watch please?

No voiceover support at all

This application is 100% unusable with voiceover since the last update, please fix this ASAP!!!

Only to make a call not for receiving

When the app looses focus the network connection is broken. So no one can call me. When i switch to the app network goes up and the Phone works and i can make a call. Please let the developers know that a phone needs to work in two directions!

Appear offline

I’m appearing offline after 1 day when I close the app while still joined the Q

Some issues;

When i’m connected to the wifi @ home the app crashes.. the only difference i found is that at that moment im connected to the same LAN network as the pbx (i’m running it on a mac mini using vm). Hope i find a sollution for this issue.

not working when on work wifi

does not work on my work wifi. it used to and does for other iphones but mine chashes when using that wifi and no help on forum either.

Nombreux Bugs

L’application se bloque à de nombreuses reprises. Difficile, voir impossible d’utiliser les fonctions de téléphonie (professionnellement) à partir de cette App lors des déplacements. On est passé à 3CX : l’utilisation à partir du pc est ok, malheureusement ce n’est pas encore le cas à partir de l’application iOS.

Power and Home Wifi issue

3CX is a nice app but it has two mayor issues: 1. Power hungry 2. Bad call communication with Home Wifi
