It would be very productive to be able to login/log off of individual ques and not all in once. This could be easily fixed by changing the que (headset) icon to a drop-down menu in which you can select or deselect the applicable que you wish to assign to or not.
Both Blind Transfer” and “Att. Transfer” do not work good and intuitive anymore. A clear “how to” instruction will be welcome.
This is new but problematic as the green bar hides the options on top of the 3CX screen...especially Call forwarding. There is no way at the moment to choose a status during an incoming call. Very annoying and limiting. Would be nice if this could be solved in a new version.
Depressing app. I’ve had to re-install three times during the past two days. Can’t transfer calls, get messed call notifications, but the phone never rang and my list of recent calls is suddenly empty. When I try to scan the QR code, it keeps returning a “server error 403”. Hopeless.
Waarom opent de app altijd op toetsenblok, en niet op team of contacten? Ik bel ongeveer nooit iemand via het toetsenblok, en ik denk met mij heel veel mensen. Misschien is dit een nuttige iets bij een volgende update van de app.
No shortcuts, no filters. Logs you out after a week of not opening the app…
After update no calls are working on iOS. 16. Miss calls. What is the point of a app if it is not ringing.
Disappointingly the 3CX app does not support Apple Watch. Can this be taken into consideration?
Op zich een fijne app. Doet wat het moet doen. Ik mis alleen een Apple CarPlay functionaliteit. Komt die er wellicht nog een keer? Dan worden het vijf sterren.
Ik kan nergens met geen mogelijkheid in de app aangeven bij apple dat ik wil dat hij NIET trilt als er een oproep binnenkomt. Een collega die een samsung heeft kan dit wel uitzetten in de app. Graag zie ik de mogelijkheid ook voor apple gebruikers
