Ideal app para mejorar la autoestima

Me parece una increíble aplicación por varios motivos. Estudios demuestran que el diario de gratitud mejora la ansiedad, depresión y autoestima escribiendo en él durante 3 meses se notan efectos. También porque es muy personalizable, no tienes que escribir todos los días todas las preguntas, puedes diseñarlo tú mismo. El soporte es agradable, responden rápido que no todas las apps lo tienen… Y por supuesto, que tiene versión lifetime, lo pagas una vez y te ahorras ver el extracto negativo en el banco cada año. Esto para mí es indispensable en una app. Lo único que echo mucho de menos (y todos los hispanohablantes) es que no está en español y eso no le gusta a mucha gente. La recomiendo al 90% (el 10% cuando esté en español :P) En resumen, coge una rutina de 5 minutos y verás cómo al tiempo mejoras psicológicamente :)

The latest update made adding pics to your entries premium again which is a major downgrade honestly, it was such a great feature to be able to see your month in pictures.

Hell no the last update lost all my entries

Ive been using this app for the last 4 years and absolutely loving it. Unfortunately with this last update it has completely deleted all my entries and I can’t believe it. Please help me setting it up again this is so terrible

Fantastic but, needs improvement

The utility of it is great cause it does improve your mood and productivity, though it needs improvement, for example to do back ups on icloud or use icloud to log in so I don’t need to worry about privacy, the ability to change the date of the journals in case it happens like me, where the day before I didn’t do journal and I did at it midnight so accidentally filled the journal for the next day (after 00:00 it will be saved as the next day and you can’t change the date so you gotta redo again), and other improvements that need to be addressed.

I have been using this for 5/6 days de and I feel a little bit better, having to focus on the good and on gratitude I thought it supported Apple Pencil, and I think it should. Hand writing on your journal feels more intimate and therapeutic. I hope they consider this in the future. So far, I have been loving it!

This format perfect. Just focus on the positive for 5 minutes.

Probé el diario de papel y me funcionó perfectamente. En cuanto a la app la llevo usando un año y me encanta, es sencilla e igual de efectiva. Lo de la foto está muy bien. La recomiendo!!!
