My issue is that my “frequent words“ on the insights page always has “The” so this must be filtered out…i love how there are no ads

Love the guides and the guided meditations

Hi Alex and Mimi, Sometimes the meditation guides play without sound. Can you please look into it? I have been taking the guided meditations since a month and they are clearly working well for me. They put me in a good mood before sleeping and after waking up everyday. I love the quotes as well. Thank you for creating the five minute journal. I have been filling the sections since months and it has been making me a better person and a good reminder of self growth. Grateful to you for creating it.

I have maintained many gratitude journals in the past. Simply because I start and stop and I may or may not hve the journals handy to jot it all down. With this app I love the following: 1. the format is amazing. It makes you really introspect thereby your gratitude journaling is not just lip service 2. The reminders to fill out the journal 3. The helpful emails from the team to make this practise more effective 4. Gratitude journal in an app makes it handy and there is no excuse not to be able to do it 5. It lets me add a photo memory to document the highlights of my day. How does it get any better than this? ✨
