As a 55 year old long distance truck driver looking for some kind of existence away from work,I’ve always enjoyed bush walking,an injury put me out of action for 18 months,now that I’m able to enjoy my hobbies again I need some work on my physic,day one done,harder than I thought,looking forward to gaining some life again,cheers Wayne
I really like this app as I always have 5 minutes but not necessarily 30 minutes to do a full work out. I have only started doing the app but will be interested to see how my flexibility improves. So far, so good with the achievable exercise time frame and clear, easy to understand instructions.
Would love verbal cues and tips for each pose as I prepare and hold. Apart from that, brilliant! 5 minutes makes all possible - better an effective 5 minutes than nothing at all because “I don’t have time.” I do relaxing whole-body stretches first, which adds a little time, but it’s so doable on busy days when a longer class is daunting. Feels good after too.
I am seriously addicted to this app. Over the last few years have really neglected my own fitness with the excuse that “it is too hard to exercise with my children around”. Since downloading the app, I have been able to do this every day for the last week with a 3 & 5 year old (while in COVID lockdown!) My 3 year old often joins in. Thanks guys, great work! 🙌🏼❤️
My only suggestion would be that the app was able to use other music suppliers such as Spotify not only Apple Music
I loved all the stretches and this is my first yoga session
This app is so easy and simple to use each day and because just 5 mins it feels more doable. Also the 5 mins is at my own pace. And once I’m in it when the time comes to an end, just 5 poses, I sometimes continue for another 5. Because it is slow and you are with your own experience of the pose, no one is talking me through it, it’s also a great mindfulness practice as I connect with how my body feels and my breathing. I started out waiting for the bell ending the movement but now when I hear it I let myself stay feeling more into the pose and appreciating how strong I feel. While it is only 5 poses of about 30-40secs each I really think this is increasing strength in my torso. But psychologically it feels that way. And that’s important too right!😊🙏
I look forward to my 5 minutes of yoga at the end of the day to help me unwind and relax. Great app. Thank you.
This is a great app! And can do great things on the free parts of it
