5K Run: Walk run race tracker

Help! The app kept closing out so I updated it thinking thag would help, but instead it deleted ALL OF MY PROGRESS! I used to love this app.. but now unsure what to do.

I’m only on day 2. Going from zero workouts to this. When it switches between walk and run it’s amazing, encouraging and easy to follow… however, I’m only on day 2 and it’s wanting me to run the entire .7 miles…. It never switches back to walk. Absolutely NO way I could accomplish this lol

So far this app has worked well for me. It is easy to use.

I liked the simplicity of the app and that it tracks your distance and calculates your pace. I also like that there is no ongoing subscription needed to use the app. Problem is it would always calculate 6 minute miles when I’m actually running 10mm. I unfortunately lost a few runs because I didn’t hit the save button. When I completed the program, it still sends me notifications to continue running even though there is nothing left in my training program. Not that I need it, but I was expecting a message or something to happen or change after completing the program but the app does and says nothing. Additionally the writing needs to be proofed for spelling and grammar.

While I was running, the app crashed and completely erased all my history for the month of October! Please fix this issue because it is so frustrating!!!

I was using this regularly for a few weeks and it did everything I hoped for. But then I had a serious health issue and I had to stop for over a month. But I can't start over! So you buy this thing and you can only use it once? What if I were a fair weather runner - I couldn't use it to build up to 5K every year! Perhaps there is a way to reset it to the original setting. Unfortunately customer service is non existent. I've used the app to email twice, without a reply. I like it but I don't.

First I liked the beginning helped to get you motivated. Purchased the plan to get 5k it stops at 3.1 send messages to get me to reach the final step but the app doesn’t allow you to get there. If I could have finished the entire process I would have rated it 5 stars. Now I have to find another app that lets you get to the finish line.

I like the simplicity of the app and that it will kick you back a session if you wait too long between sessions. The small problem is that it’s not writing the workouts to apple health. I wrote the author, but no response.

Didn’t research this app enough, so it’s my own fault. I read that I could listen to my music and use the app at the same time - sold! But I tried to use it today on the treadmill and discovered what so many before me have: this app doesn’t track you on the treadmill. That’s $3.99 I’m never getting back.
