اسو ابليشكن اشتريت منهم فى عروض عيد الفطر وكانت كل الابليكشنز عامله عروض ساعتها وبعد ٢٥ يوم كنسلوا الاوردر وضيعوا عليا الخصم عندهم والعروض فى باقى الاماكن تجربه سيئه لن تتكرر👎🏻👎🏻
ماتستاهلون حتى نجمه
ماانصحكم تطلبون منهم عن تجربه صار لي من قبل العيد اطارد وراهم لاسترجاع الطلب لانه خاطيء ولاحياه لمن تنادي و خدمة العملاء سيئة في التجاوب وحل المشكلة والتواصل معهم صعب جداً مافي غير ردود آلية وسيتم ارسال مندوب خلال يوم ليومين لاسترجاع الطلب وصار لي حول اسبوعين انتظر هالمندوب شكله جاي على حلزون 🐌 وانسى يرجعون فلوسك تروح عليك لانهم يحجزونها كرصيد بالمتجر حتى يجبرونك على الشراء من تطبيقهم الفاشل مع ان هذا مخالف لقوانين وزارة التجارة يعني لاطلب استرجع ولافلوس رجعت لكن سيتم رفع شكوى ضدهم بسبب النصب والمماطله 👏🏻

على قد انه اسعارهم غاليه منتجاتهم ماتستاهل هلله طلبت بنطلون وربي قماشته من اسوء انواع القماش الي شفتها في حياتي وربي حتى ممسحه ماينفع والخياطة كلها غلط ومقرفه وعلى برا شيء غريب وربي الشركة الصينية ماسوتها انتم شركة فاشلة بكل المعايير .. طلبت طلبيه اتاخرت اسبوعين وجو يبغو يسلموها اول يوم العيد شركة الشحن قالت انه المندوب تواصل معايا وانا مارديت عليه شكله دق على الجن وكنسل التوصيل حاولت اتواصل لكن خدمة العملاء اجازه الايميل مو راضي يستقبل اي رسائل مافي الا خدمة العملاء رقم اماراتي دقيت عليهم وقالي 36 ساعه ويجيك الرد ولا احد رد طبعاً وتواصلت مع شركة الشحن الي هما متعاقدين معاهم بالانستقرام ارسلت رقم الطلبية والشحنه الي هما ارسلوه والرد كان رقم الشحنه غلط ارسليلنا رقم الطلبية الي اصلا مرسل😂 وهيا اصلاً رسالتهم الي سويت لها نسخ لصق !! تتوقعو لين هنا وبس ؟ لا رابع يوم شوال جاتني الطلبية واخر شي اهم منتج فستان العيد جايبينلي فستان غلط ومقاس غلط وخدمة العملاء لسى اجازة. افشل شركة تعاملت معاها اخر مره خساره فيكم البراندات الي عندكم.

تطبيق فاشل يحط لك خصم 50٪ واذا طلبتي ارسل لك بالايميل الخصم49٪ يحط لك قنوان تواصل واتساب و مافيه الا رد الالي مايفهم بعد يحط لك خدمة عملاء و مايردون مافيه الا الايميل يكتبون لك بيوصل بتاريخ و اذا جا وقته قالوا مانقدر نوصله لك يحطون لك تاريخ ثاني واذا جا مايوصل
Bad customer service
I had a very bad experience with customer service team to return the very poor quality products. Despite alot of trials and options i gave to them but they didn’t care. They changed policy without any notice to deceive customers. Will not repeat to buy from them again.
Worst courier service.
Worst courier service in saudi arabia. Their partner courier in saudi arabia is the worst. Their courier cant even communicate when you have item to return , they will not respond until you reach the return time frame and not able to return your item anymore. 6th street dont have costumer service also cant even reach them. They have email with only bot to response.
