Worst customer support team! I have ordered a shoe from UK through 6th Street, i haven’t received it for a month. I have reached them for a complaint and only after that they told me that the supplier cancelled the order and there is nothing they can do about it. When it was late for a month, they didn’t bother to check at all. There is no customer support at all. They just read their fixed text.

Received a wrong item. The photo pf the item had no relevance to what I received. After being able to return the product , they have not yet refunded my credit card. Now I can not log in to the app to follow up on my refund. The whatsapp chat option does not work either. I hope to be able to get the refund. Will never shop from 6th street again

Very bad experience with your exchange policy which states that you’re not entitled to exchange the item if it’s out of stock… Moreover customer service was so bad in dealing with such case

Pathetic application… it’s stuck on payment interface… No action taken despite complaining multiple times…

I love this app very much but I just don’t like that they always tell us payment aborted in the app and send us message unsuccessful payments but they actually delivered our packages. The problem is when you sent this message, we reorder again but all packages came altogether with the one with unsuccessful orders. And it’s soannoying bcs we have to return them back, waiting for delivery guy again and some items like skincare can be returned.
