This app is a waste of money ! Especially for online service (which what you need it for ! ) I ordered 2 sizes of a shoe as I was not sure the the size. Had to return one as small. Money was in the pocket ! Then I received a message to say it would be available for 6months. Unfortunately, I forgot about it after few weeks. There was no message or email to remind me there was a deadline. 2days after I logged into the app and it says money not available. Called costumer service and the reply was abrupt and not helpful. They said that money was gone and no refund would be back. I asked for 1-2 weeks of grace period so I can make use of my lost money and they said it is the policy ! Not to refund money once expired ! I can’t see reason unless this is their way to STEAL money from people ! Then I submitted an appeal for this. The reply was very poorly written and very unprofessional.. as they joined couple of automated messages ! They lost another costumer I am sure and I will never use this app ever again. I am pretty sure they will not even respond to this review ! Please be careful!

The app needs a lot of improvement if you want to assure customers to trust buying from you. There is no FAQ anywhere on the app, zero info about delivery time, not even an estimated time. The help section only has 3 buttons for whatsapp, email and call. If you want more customers to buy & trust you, you need to be very clear about everything! Being vague means you either can’t be trusted, can’t deliver on time, don’t care about customers, or all of those.
So , you “down load” the app . Search the database for your item , select the item and either pay for it or like me you want to have it delivered before you part with your cash as there’s so many scams and this company is new . So you get an email with an order number . The item never arrived ( after waiting 3 weeks) and you email the “ Customer Happiness Team “ they send you an automated response and then send you another email asking if your query has been satisfactorily resolved - obviously it hasn’t as nothing’s been done . Total waste of time which prevents you from shopping elsewhere . The items simply don’t turn up and the Customer Happiness Team are dysfunctional. Don’t waste your time with 6th Street
1. I clicked the confirm button to purchase a bag and got a message that the purchase has not been completed. Cash got deducted anyway. 2. I clicked the button again a second time and the same thing happened. 3. The next day, I paid for a couple of items and my purchase was confirmed. I received no message or email for confirmation. 4. Then I decided to buy items for ‘cash in delivery’ so it doesn’t hurt if the purchase is actually not completed. I purchased many items. No message, no email. I don’t even know what I purchased. I requested by email to cancel all purchases except the one I actually paid for. They said there were no other registered purchases with my email id and phone number. All items arrived and I asked aramex to send them all back. 5. I get a message that one pair of shoes has been cancelled from my confirmed purchase. The amount was refunded. So I bought another pair from noon.com. Then 6thstreet sent the cancelled shoe anyway and sent a link to pay for it. 6. The first bag I tried to buy actually came to my home even though I got a message that said the purchase wasn’t confirmed. Until now, there is no message or email for confirming or declining any of my purchases. The business is highly unprofessional. They have a call center only in Dubai so if you’re purchasing from another country, I can only complaint by email.
