I have two complains about this app: 01) I recently made a payment but I didn't had my e-dentifier ready, so the app suggested me to schedule a task, so I can approve the task behind my pc/ laptop. I did this, but now all my payments are being scheduled as tasks, and there is no way to undo this. 02) I want to file a complain about the issue mentioned above and don't want to call a toll number and wanted to send a message, but that's not possible. Selecting a subject is mandatory, but it's impossible to select a subject and therefore impossible to send a message.
