The worst part of ABN AMRO is that they digitalisé everything and force you to do everything online but then the app AND internet banking both don’t work. Ironic. Have been trying on multiple phones for one week now. Error pop-ups have no useful help or message. Very annoyed. Also, at the start, I was not able to use the create new bank account function in the app, despite the bank staff guiding me through it on the spot. Again there was an error pop-up with just “an error has occurred” and closing the pop-up terminated the entire process immediately so I had to restart from the first step multiple times. SUPER BAD experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK.
