Mobile banking app no longer functioning
I have been unable to use my app for weeks since the upgrade. Please fix
New look/update
After updating I cannot login no more. When I try to log in it says “network error” check your internet connection. Please fix I need I need to be able to see my money on my phone. I check this everyday.
Unreliable
The bank system is very unreliable and embarrassing.

Someone sent me money 120k and my account was blocked I visit the bank with national id electric bill and passport with virtual nin they tell me it will be unlocked by 24 hours being Wednesday 28/09/2023 but still not unlocked 09045391245 1524750000
