I love everything about this app. However having more direct support would be great. Like live chat from your WS or FB page
A complete fail for business use
The app is a total fail for business use. When your customer calls to book an appointment, confusion reigns while you waste their time fluffing around in calendar which displays incorrect information, resulting in a clumsy and unprofessional customer facing experience. It doesn’t display available times properly and fails to refresh, even when hitting refresh or changing views. An extremely poorly developed app, riddled with bugs that instils zero confidence in using it for business purposes. Despite numerous upgrades and 9 months later, the developers at this company are time-wasters who spend more time writing riddles than conducting User Acceptance Testing and simply don’t get what businesses need.

Laggy Slow
Agenda view needs to be refreshed constantly, have missed appointments because when I open the app it says ‘there is no booking enjoy your time off’ but when I refresh it 3 times my booking finally pops up. Defeats the entire purpose of the app! absolute garbage

Setting up a business acuity making is smooth sailing

App is continually broken. Latest update has Timezone error. Frequent updates always have something wrong. Unusable
