The tool is very good, but I still couldn‘ figure out how the clients can book more than one feature 🤷🏻‍♀️

In general it is a good App, I have been using for my yoga classes as a teacher. The first time is a bit challenging for my clients. Not so easy to establish account, etc. as a teacher my main concern is, I can not cancel classes, and make other adjustments like crediting from the app. I wish everything could be done from the App.

The application does not support multilingual features which is quite important for our clients. Furthermore, the booking flow flawed: clients cannot select what they want, and when they want it, and then choose an available employee. they have to choose the employee first and then see you when he’s available. A lot of our clients complain about it.

The design could be better & but other things are very good

Amazing scheduling, never double booked anything with this! Clients can pay online, you can sell them packages, gift certificates, there is a way to establish gaps in between appointments (another reviewer said there wasn’t but the is!) and so many cool features! Highly recommend it!

Just what I needed!!! Smooth scheduling saves so much time in back and forth emails!!! I would give a 5 if there is a way to avoid back to back meetings or at lease give 10-15’ in between. Otherwise amazing!! Thank you for develop it!

Beats mindbody and other scheduling aps Made for blondes and integrated with Squarespace makes it so incredibly smarter than other apps on the market The customizable automated emails are bomb! The versatility in appointment types allows you to do so much! I highly recommend

The app is okay, seems like there’s an update every other week though. And often times when trying to take a card payment it will decline, but when I just go straight to square it works fine. There’s also been issues with my clients paying their deposit when booking.

I have been trying to get into my app for like 2 1/2 to 3 weeks now. I don’t know if there was an update or what not, but it’s very aggravating that I can’t get into my app like I have always done before. I use to just use my Apple ID and facial recognition to get in…always. Now when I do that it tells me that it sent a 6 digit code to the email associated with the account, which I still have not seen. I don’t even use my email address to log in even though they have my email address, but I still have not received any 6 digit codes. I checked all my mail boxes. I then proceeded to go ahead and just make a password since the other way was giving me trouble. When I made a password it took me to an old account that I had when I first started with them as a free trial, and not my current. It says my website expired, but I don’t have a website. I tried to have a website during the free trial and did not like it so I just opted to only use their scheduling system. But any way… now when using the password it does not connect me to what I’m using currently. And this is only happening on the app. On computer I am able to get into it fine. I tried to reach out, but then it asks you to upload documents such as bank account and statement as well as an ID…MAN IM JUST TRYING TO REACH YOU BY EMAIL AND TELL YOU MY PROBLEM. If it were not that I have people still on my books as we speak I would change companies. I was really liking the platform I am on but if it continues like this I will eventually have to make a decision soon.
