Used to be good but now it damaged me
I used to be a die hard fan. Telling everyone. I came back to it after a few years and so far, it synched with a random calendar I was subscribed and sent my client elsewhere. Then it did not show on the ipad some of the bookings I had, so I double booked. When asked they said any appointment I make on my phone calendar icloud does not translate in acuity, not even as blocked time. I was deeply disappointed, had to apologize to my clients and felt too many things made it unreliable. Difference from phone to ipad to desktop. Was told to re download the app. Bottom line, no piece of mind. I dont receive the sms and no one knows why and my clients get an sms from the states ( most find it suspicious) but no other sms if there is a reschedule… I m switching as soon as I complete my bookings. edit: I have contacted support and they were helpful for many other things. But these issues remain. As well as the inability to separate cancelling and rescheduling. I want my clients to not be able to cancel 24 hrs prior, but not to be able to reschedule a week prior. The latter for avoiding gaps. I really hope you take these issues mentionned here seriously regardless of “ who” wrote ( indeed my apple id is a different mail).
