Latest app update filled with bugs for scheduling
The latest update has messed up the class scheduling in the app for me. Class package codes are not coming and I’m unable to check in more than one person at once. Terrible update!

These updates are getting out of hand
This latest update changed the view of a schedule. If I have two appointments booked at 9 o’clock, they’re stacked on top of each other (not next to each other like it was in the past) and the new view does not show brakes in your schedule (it stacks appointments based on time with no indicator of openings like it did before). If I’m trying to schedule a customer after their appointment, it is hard to see determine availability. I’m unsure how this change is good for anyone. Fixed!
Great app!
Love Acuity. It’s easy to use, customizable, and for now, has all the features/tools I need.
Add on feature
Can the add on feature be recommended or act as a pop-up because it just blends in the booking feature.
Group messages
I was really hoping they were adding mass messaging to all clients with this update 😫
It was amazing until about a year ago
I have been utilizing this app for the past five years while managing my own salon suite business. If you had asked me a year ago, I would have given this application a perfect 10 out of 10. However, my opinion has changed significantly since then. The frequent introduction of new features on a weekly, or even daily, basis has resulted in constant updates for bug fixes. While I do appreciate the enhanced features, if given the option, I would choose to revert to a previous version of the application. One of the major issues I have encountered is the inability to process client checkouts reliably. It has become a 50/50 chance whether or not an error will occur when attempting to check out a client. Additionally, I upgraded to the middle pricing tier to access the feature of sending reminder text messages for appointments. However, this feature is in dire need of an update. I find it inconvenient that I have to manually check a box for each appointment in order to send text reminders when booking someone through the application. It took me nearly a month to realize this requirement. Furthermore, I believe it would greatly benefit the application to include options for recurring appointments. It would be ideal if there was an option to set appointments to recur indefinitely. Additionally, the ability to make changes to recurring appointments as a whole, rather than having to modify each individual appointment separately, would greatly improve efficiency. In conclusion, I sincerely hope that the aforementioned issues can be addressed and resolved in future updates of the application. Your attention to these matters and commitment to continuous improvement would be greatly appreciated.
Feature Requests
1. Stop blocking pasting and keyboards shortcuts on your sign in page. Users should be able to paste their email address & use shortcuts
Subscription Codes don’t populate
Please fix this issue. I cannot apply someone’s code when I book them manually. This allows them to have more appointments than they’ve purchased. I handle 24-32 clients at a time. This is causing me to lose money bc I can’t manually track all of this. It’s the whole purpose of having the codes!!
Please Fix Coupon Code Glitch
The app is pretty good for the scheduling purposes that I need handled. PLEASE fix the issue that doesn’t allow the coupon code for packages and subscription services to automatically populate like previously. It’s been almost a month and it’s such a hassle having to use my laptop to schedule appointments.
Works great for scheduling but…
Really wish there was a way to easily email all clients in one click. Seems like a simple addition.
