• Contact us if you have a question

• MyTrips, where you can share your journeys to unlock achievement badges
• Emergency assistance to get help in the event of an accident

If you've selected ‘Allow all the time’ for the app accessing your location, it collects data about your journeys. You can control your data, tell the app whether you were the driver or passenger, and ignore bus or bike journeys if they've been collected too. Complex password selection don’t bother

Wasted so much time just selecting a password it’s painful, gave up after 5 tries

The App is good but my worries is all about the phone handling aspect. Mostly my phone is always with kids to keep them busy while am driving but I still get rated on silver or bronze due to phone distractions

Dumb

The moment you setup this app it ask for a constrained FIVE digit pin for an app you’ll use once a year. Humans aren’t good at remembering 5 digit constrained pins on rare occasions. Can you see the issue?

Rubbish

Won’t except any password. Joke

Primitive and inept

Feels like this app was built by an unsupervised six year old. Incredibly clunky, poorly designed and technically inept. The ‘5 digit PIN’ function is particularly primitive, especially given there are no alphanumerics on their keypad - effectively forces you into entering a PIN you are guaranteed to forget! Unacceptable in 2024.

My trips is useless

It is somehow incapable of recognising when a drive starts and where it ends. I had a 40 mile journey split into a million sections because it thinks stopping at some lights means that the drive has ended. Incredibly irritating, especially when a passenger.

When it works it’s great. But that isn’t very often. So buggy and slow to login. Also there is one roundabout that always has traffic and is slow to creep around. I always be told I’m driving irrationally when I’m almost motionless (and no I’m not holding the phone)

Won’t allow account creation

No matter what password I try to use it will not allow me to create an account.
