Has anyone actually tested this to add a first sim to the account. I very much doubt it

This app just says “authentication failed” every time I open with all buttons unresponsive.

Tried to re register for the new app with my previous details, as instructed. Despite using my apple generated password, it says I can’t use a name in my password even though I’m not. Was hoping to get an issue surrounding none iMessage texts sorted. Guess I’ll have to struggle on….bit disappointing after only being with this provider for 4 weeks.

Just back from France data timing not working Tried to check out why not working . Online says select service can not find it any where on updated ap . Please sort it out quickly .

“Great” update 🙄bug fix .. yeah can’t log to my account. App is asking to register again 😳, after entering all the details .. get message : sorry your details don’t match our records 🙄 didn’t change anything for the last 7 years 🙄🙄🙄🙄. Tried in browser , tried deleting and installing the app again … no luck.

Used to be a good app but it won’t even open now despite updating so can’t access my account unless I log on via laptop.

Setup Face ID and now it won’t login and I cannot disable face login. Latest app release has fixed this.

The App looks like it’s compromised. Within minutes of me logging into the new I.D App (after difficulties logging in over the past month) on my young sons phone (with parental controls activated), I was immediately bombarded with Phishing scams associated with my ID account, and my email associated with my I.D mobile. Something is seriously wrong here - to be clear I only logged on via the app on an IPhone, NOT a web browser. Parental controls were in place. iOS was updated to the latest release. So there was a connection with using the App and immediate scamming. Beware!

Asks for email date of birth and phone number and every time it doesn’t recognise me . Cheers pal you’ve really done it this time - not to mention when the app was down for about three weeks. id mobile are you smoking crack ?
