App does not work!
Never had a problem with ID until recently, the app doesn’t work so can’t even log in to check anything!

Never had a problem with ID until recently, the app doesn’t work so can’t even log in to check anything!
I’ve been advised to go to ‘my services’ to turn off safe search but the app simply doesn’t have my services as an option. Absolute joke.
This makes me think I’ve make a big mistake committing to this for the next two years. Once that’s up, I’m away. Trying to contact anyone, I can hear myself singing Pink Floyd’s ‘Is there anybody out there’

My app won’t even open. It has a *oops sorry something went wrong*message every time I click on it?!
I've tried several times, after waiting in a queue to even be allowed to re-register online, I get stuck in an endless 'enter email address - enter password' loop. This is after I enter the verification code sent to me - this is as far as I can get
Won’t even let me log in will just let me go to email and password over and over again old version a lot better get it sorted
Updated the app and haven’t been able to log in since. Just keeps saying ‘unable to connect’ try again….

Pathetic But hey now I get an unwanted “recommended bundle” ad on near every page. When they don’t even know me. I liked ID Mobile before because they were simple and you could do everything through the WEBSITE. Now I’m a customer passively looking to go with another carrier who can provide better customer service.
