I had a very bad experience with this airline After my experience which need many lines to write either for Booking The mistake in writing my daughter name under my family name Cancellation policy Refund non Upgrade deduction even for cancel tickets Bad costumer services You end with them to cancel your credit card to stop the loss I heard later that this airline is the worst in Europe and I am not only one has horrible experience . They ruined my holiday and I lost my money.

BE CAREFUL! DONT USE THIS AIRLINE! other than having inconveniences with my whole flight by this airline, they have also LOST “not delayed” my baggage. I have stayed in Athens after my transit flight from Amsterdam for 2 days and I was asked by their staff at Athens airport “who were no help at all” to come by on the day of my flight back to see the status of my baggage. Since then the status has not been updated, nor do they know where it is! This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me and insane money loss, I had to purchase all over again because of the baggage loss + the change of flight against my will where I had to stay a day in Athens with nothing. not to mention how this made my whole trip a really bad experience because of you’re airlines mistake. I want to know when or “if” I will receive my baggage, if not how will I be compensated for the lost of my baggage which contains many valuables.

I just want to say thank you Aegean really I'm satisfied with everything you have .. - cheep flights - easy web site - still can modify my flight for less than 24H - short transit time - you can find everything in FAQ categorise

Θα περίμενε κανείς ότι ειδικά αυτή η εφαρμογή μια αεροπορικής σαν την Aegean θα λειτουργούσε άψογα!!! Δυστυχώς συμβαίνει το αντίθετο. Κολλάει συνεχώς, δεν είναι πολύ φιλική στο χρήστη! Απαράδεκτοι!!!!

Overall very slow and buggy application. When you download the .ics file via your mobile phone to add to the flight to your Calendar nothing is displayed

Ίσως η χειρότερη εφαρμογή αεροπορικής εταιρείας. Όλο κολλάει και κρασάρει και δεν μπορείς να κανείς τίποτα.

15 minutes just to check-in.

Τα προβλήματα ξεκινούν από τη στιγμή του login. Δεν αποθηκεύει κωδικούς, δεν λειτουργεί σωστά στην ανάκτηση, εν ολίγοις είναι αδύνατον να χρησιμοποιηθεί.
