I have travelled A LOT with different companies. I think that Aegean is now a very good blend of seriousness in the business operation and friendliness and coolness with clients. Please carry on!

Don’t work many times drive you to the main page. If lease upgrade

We booked our flights on the app at the same time and we are seated separately. It doesn’t make sense

Chaos

Slow inefficient app

It is so slow, not able to load your ticket to manage your booking. Very often at the end of the reservation it throws an error and you don’t know if you managed to book. Unreliable that in the end you question if you booked the right date and time and prone to mistakes. The dev team is doing nothing for 3 years now to fix this problem !!!

Heavy app. Takes ages to load

Heave app; takes ages to load. I’m stuck on the same step because it does not let me move a step. I tried to use the accrued points again failed. In general is not as friendly as for example Austria Airlines.

Login failure

I cannot login it says I have done the Prozess but then doesn’t let me in

Broken

Since many weeks I can‘t login anymore - after 2FA succeeded I end i the login screen again. App is useless and have to use the browser instead. Please fix.

The worst app ever

It requires a significant amount of skills to make the app worse by every update. Congratulations, you reached the bottom.

Horrible app and website

The app and website is always lugging and can’t load even searching tasks. I was trying to log in for more than half an hour! That’s terrible and you definitely lose your clients. Company must hire new IT members for sure.
