I find this app is very educational giving me lots of tools and techniques to try. But I feel there's very little hands-on ways to implement the techniques within the app. And the ones that you can try to implement they don't come with a suggestion starter so if you're drawing a blank or don't know exactly which way they want you to go-you're just given a blank line. I feel like this app needs to be used in conjunction with another one where you actually use the techniques you're learning in this one

Immediate results take the least amount of effort. This is starting to rewire the brain and cognition from Day 1 of the trial. My brain fog felt relieved. Great app.

Charged me full price for trial
Careful of the 7 day “free” trial. They charged me the full $90 on the first day of my trial, and I had to contact Apple to fix the issue.
I’m still F$&@ed up.

It asked me to get information from my friends and family and I never heard what they responded and don’t know how to find out.

i don’t typically write reviews, but this app has actually made such a huge impact on my thinking since i’ve started using it.
This app is not like Duolingo. It never notified me that the free trial was ending.
It’s been extremely ineffective for me. The yearly subscription is extremely expensive for what it’s worth. The exercises in the app are extremely uninteresting and not helpful in any way. Ahead is a massive time grift. They also did not notify me that the free trial was ending. I wonder if the developers of Ahead sleep well at night knowing how many people they’ve stolen money from to their deceptive marketing through comparing themselves to Duolingo. I’m currently trying to get a refund from Apple and so far it’s not been successful. I hope I can get my money back.
