Enjoy using Aircall for over 2 years

A jar H on

I have been using this app for over 2 years and it has always been working seamlessly with high quality audio and making and receiving calls flawlessly. The recorded calls are also great and clear. The app is very much user friendly and I have never encountered any issues with it.

Very buggy

averagemb on

Aircall itself is okay. But the phone app is very buggy and inconsistent. The support is quite good, but it’s like playing whack a mole. I would not recommend air call at this time if you need to be accountable to stakeholders

Average app

Okay but not the best ~

Decent product, strong potential

averagemb on

For the price, it’s definitely not justified. The call service is extremely weak in terms of reliability and frequency of bugs that arise. The app has a lot of potential, but there are many half baked features that most other IVRs already have. Once our year term is up, we’ll be migrating to another service. Overall unsatisfied with Aircall, despite day to day use being okay.

Garbage app

alrxchiyh on

It amazes me on how terrible some apps are, yet somehow get business. Aircall app is embarrassing

Good software!

startup sales on

As part of my sales position, I use Aircall every day, all day. I make about 100 calls per day. It is a simple and easy to use tool to make calls and send texts. I have no complaints. 4 stars from me!

App doesn’t work and way too expensive

Mjd1567 on

This company is very poorly run. They survive off their exploitive terms in their contract. Support is amongst the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away, use Openphone instead

Unreliable and constant issues, support helpless

TAAT04 on

iOS app for 3 years has always had issues. Started using it in April 2019 and it’s now October 2022, I can’t remember a time when there weren’t issues with the iOS app. We try to stick to the desktop version at all costs but it’s extremely sad that they can’t figure it out. As soon as there’s a comparable competitor that integrates well with our CRM HubSpot we’re switching in heartbeat, we’ll pay more if we have to, just need something that’s reliable

Call keeps terminate by itself

Clinique Massotrp on

I really wish I can review this later on a more positive note, but for now my experience with the mobile app is simply awful. I would say one call out of two will terminate by itself, which absolutely make no sense as it is the only true feature this app should be concentrating on prior to anything on. Making a call a successful thing is the only job it have to do and it sadly fails to fulfill its only duty. All the rest doesn’t really matter if the app fall shortly doing it’s very core feature. If you plan on taking calls on a cellphone, I highly suggest you don’t go forward with this app. It’s a very recurrent problem, please fix this ASAP. I’m on a year term with aircall, and for now I can only say I regret I went forward with the proposal. Everytime I receive a call, it terminate in the middle of it and I end up having to call back the customer saying : I’m sorry the line have cut, what were you saying? For now we have a low volume of calls to manage, but soon we will have a significant rise in our callflow and this will make our work a nightmare and I signed for this app for the exacte opposite.

Terrible
