Bad IT system
Gave up to try checking. Even on regular website. Seems there’s a bug. Even our agency told us it wasn’t working, i could not believe and I tried I tried I tried and it always failed.
Phone vs App
The app deserves 5+ Stars; connecting by phone rating: -1 Star. Gave up after 7 hours of attempting to purchase extra luggage by phone. Decided to give the app a try. To my delight the purchase was made in less than 2 minutes! Air Europa should investigate a mechanism to enable customers to achieve a more prompt connection when speaking to a representative is imperative. It would have been disastrous had my issue involved an emergency that is beyond the functionality of the app.

It always signs me out and it repeats again and again the notification “ session expire”
