It takes forever to go from one section to another one. Online check-in was infuriating since it just randomly didn’t allow me to proceed and ai had to start all over again. Has Troubles with middle names or general spaces in names.

Diese App zeigt bei jeder Abfrage erstmal einen Fehler an bevor es dann beim etwa fünften Versuch mit etwas Glück vielleicht doch klappt. Ich habe starke Bedenken über diese App gebucht zu haben, weil der Check-in nun auch nicht funktioniert (keine Reservierung gefunden als Fehlercode) und ich mir daher nicht sicher sein kann, dass meine Buchung überhaupt ausgelöst bzw. In ihrem System gespeichert wurde so fehlerhaft wie der Rest funktioniert.

Do not make a reservation for seats. It doesn’t work but they take the money anyway. Or better try to avoid the whole company.

App hat nur Fehler. Sitzreservationen online ein Glücksspiel ob es funktioniert oder nicht. Beim online Checkin musste ich alle Angaben 15 Mal eingeben. Wirklich nur sehr Anstrengend mit dieser App. Immerhin sieht sie schön aus^^

Alot of bugs, a lot of errors, annoying loading for a lot time screen at every option.

This is one of the most horrible app from an Airline company I have ever tried! Nothing work. You can’t buy seat places because there is always an error, you can’t make the check in because there is an error, sometimes you can’t neither see your flight because there is an error, you can’t see your boarding card because there is always an error, there is always an error for everything! This app just doesn’t work.
