App is not what you expect in this day and age. Need to repeat Nationality, no quick surge, slow, but also wrong translation to Dutch. That comes across very unprofessional. Safe was translated “besparen” which means safe money iso “bewaren” which means safe your data. Took me a split second to understand what it meant.

Frequent flyer number doesn’t work well. For everything you change it takes a lot of time to upload and get back to the app. Contact information page doesn’t function well. And there is more

I’m a frequent flyer and use several airlines. Air Europa app falls in the lower range. It’s slow, you often get error messages, even when you add a booking it just disappears. Overall it’s a rusty experience.
